Shipping policy

Your orders are processed via Standard Shipping and they will be delivered within 3-7 business days. After placing the order, you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number where you can find the details of your order and package delivery status.

In very rare cases, due to circumstances beyond our control, for example holiday peak season or unexpected weather condition...etc., the order might take more than 7 business days to deliver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and please contact us if you have any concerns regarding the package delivery status, arrival date or delay. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer expedited shipping yet but we promise we will strive to make this happen soon.
